Kicker upgrade

what is everyone getting if everyone is doing the kicker upgrade... all of the kicker stuff is 4 ohm and the factory is 2??

Most upgrades, people dont have the Alpine set, if its factory base audio, the 4's will work fine.

ok so ripping everything out except head unit... headunit to PAC LOC to this amp

and then in the future i will finally get a fox box and then put my 2 kicker 12 cvrs in powered by my ssl 2000watt amp... does this all look good?? with that amp i can run the speakers on 4ohms right???

so all that and im good... curious on the amp... so i hook the amp up to the front rcas on the loc... then how do i hook up the speakers??? am i gonna have to cut and go through all the wires?? this whole ordeal gonna mess with staging??

Did you see the Mopar section on Kickers site that has the kits with the amp, sub and front speakers for our trucks?

Straight from Kicker...they offer the Kicker systems that the factory supposedly uses...hold on and I'll get ya a link.

Well, apparently Kickers site is being *** right now...

click the link below and then click on the Mopar logo. From there, you can enter your Mopar's info and it will ask you what kind of kit you want...the subs I think are either 200 or 250watts, they come with an amp that mounts under your steering column, behind the dash trim (at least it does on our gen3 kits they offer)

Also, don't forget, WalMart and Kicker have now teamed up together....you can now bypass a Kicker dealer and walk into WalMart and buy Kicker amps, woofers, and regular speakers.

question, i listen to 90% country and the rest is a mix of everything so im deciding to sell 1 amp and sub and old box with all the wiring to pay for a fox box... shall i get a 12 sealed or a 12 vented??

yea my walmart that is like a mile away has them thats why ive gotten so into this now cause i look at them for atleast 30 minutes everytime i go in there lol

two Comp subs
a couple small entry level amps and a sub box.

Kicker dealers have many other high to midlevel SKU's to sell.
