L.e.d lights

I changed my head and taillights from boring stock lights on 2014 ram 2500 slt to l.e d lights and now my lights wont go off, its not the switch ram dealer said l.e.d lights draw so little current the mbus was not reading them. How can i fix this?

1 resistor per bulb

You need to add resistors to each bulb circuit.
