My truck is about 2,200 miles off of the last oil change and i just added my 5th quart of oil into it and i need a 6th. This seems to be a ridiculous amount to me. i work at an exhaust shop so i have access to a lift and i put the truck up there and found a very small leak but there is no way that much oil is leaking out of there and i dont smell any oil being burnt when the vehicle and idleing. do vehicle just sometimes not stink when the burn oil or something els happing to my truck? also my manifold gasket just started to leak so could that be part of the problem?

First find all the leaks and fix them. Next have a compression test done. You might have some bad rings. But that is a worst case.

You've added 5 since you changed it with 5 at the time of the oil change?
