Perhaps something covered I havent found yet. Can anyone tell me the largest tires I can run on a 2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn with a 2 inch motofab leveling kit on the stock 20x9 inch nite edition rims? I am hearing I can do 33x12.5, but want to make sure. Also not interested in rubbing or cutting anything for fitment.

Take truck to a good tire shop. They should be able to measure the relevant parts and tell you the largest tire that won't rub on sheet metal or steering gear. Rim offset plays a big part, whether you want the tires inboard of the wells is another factor, are you going to add flares etc. The 33x12.50 will be outside your fenders on stock Rims. Also, every truck is a tad different, especially after even a small lift. What works on one truck may not work on the same model if you are getting close to the limit.

I put LT285/65R20 BFG K02's on my truck and had zero rubbing with all stock suspension at stock height.

I then upgraded to all new B8 5100 Series Bilstein on all four corners and set the front to 2.1" raise, and no issues with this size of tire.

That tire is 34.5" tall x 11.2" wide. A full 1.3" narrower than what the OP is talking about. Doesn't mean it isn't good information, but as you well know, an extra inch of width can make a big difference in what rubs and doesn't.

Thanks, from where I have been and seen..with the plus 18 offset the rim comes with it should be okay. But I will check a few other places as well

Agreed!
That's what she said as well, and too bad I'm only my tire size, and not the 1.3" wider ;)

Those tire and offset sites are awsome..I used them a bunch before I went with the larger 275/65/20..34.1" area in my case with the bilstein level..tires pretty much measure exact what the site said(mine little taller)...zero problems on mine,i'm a 2010 so could be diff.shapes and things with a newer truck.......then again I didn't stay at a holiday Inn last night so what do i know..lol

Yyou can run 35x12.5 on the rim, I always suggest adding 1.5" or 2" wheel spacers that are Hub Centric, for any stress that could be added during cornering etc and wider stance, there are no issues with that.

Without reading every reply, which may have already given similar advice, let me say this.

Tire manufactures do not have a "hard and fast" spec to which they adhere. IOW, not all 33 x 12.50 tires have an OD of 33" and a width of 12.5" (never mind the fact that the width is based on a wheel width of a specific size, and depending on YOUR wheel width, it may vary).

Besides that, EVEN IF you have two tires that are EXACTLY 33" tall and 12.5" wide you could have one tire that fits and one that rubs. To help visualize it without spending a bunch of time making a pic, just imagine this, if you can.

Tire one is a (somewhat squished) oval, 12.5" wide and (assuming a 20" rim) 6.5" tall.

Tire two is a rectangle, 12.5" wide and 6.5" tall.

Of course, no tire is going to fit exactly either one of those profiles, but hopefully it gives you an idea that there are a lot of potential options between one and the other. So a BFG KO2 and a Nitto Trail Grappler may have the "same" specs but that DOES NOT MEAN that both with fit equally.

So I went to discount tire, and we settled on the yokohama geolander m/t 003 in a 33x12.5 and it works perfectly and looks great!
