Led 2020 Ram taillights

Anyone able to find aftermarket tail lights for a 2020 1500 Larmie. Apparently it’s very difficult if your truck came stock with the LED taillights. Almost spend 700 bucks on some recons and they told me they only make taillights for the trucks that came with the basic taillights

But the Laramie comes with the nice LED tails that a lot of people want. Why get rid of them? I love mine
