A while back I installed LED interior bulbs in my truck. I noticed that the cargo lamp and the center dome lamp would emit a dim glow even when everything seems to be switched off. Additionally the map lights did not always switch on properly when you turn them on manually. Finally found a fix for this. I went to my local electronics store got two 2 amp 470 ohm resistors. Connected them in parallel with the map light bulbs. Problem solved cheap and easy.
