How many watts are these lights ? I have a 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie 4X4 with tow hooks. Is that a mounting bracket in the opening ?

PIAA LED lightbar with Rigid Industries brackets mounted in-between the tow hooks. I used this option as I wanted to retain the hooks.
