Led pods in chrome 1500 bumper

Has anyone tried to make a bracket similar?

They don't sell just the bracket, and I would like to mount a different set of pods in the tow hook holes. I've seen a couple with the flush mount but wanted to go a different route.

Not sure if it will work but I know on the 2500 and early 1500 the fog lights are horizontal, and rigid has a bracket for it
