LED Tail light bulbs

is there any way to use LED bulbs in the rear blinker without having to cut wires before the pigtail connector to install resistor? And if I have to splice in resistors, what color wires do I have to splice with the resistor?

Aren't there LED bulbs that don't need resistors?

When I installed LED dimmers on my rear lights, each side used different color wire, get a manual. They are handy to have.
