LED tail lights

So I'm looking into getting some LED tail lights for Christmas. I found a pic of a truck that is gray like mine, but I can't find those exact lights so if anyone can help locate them, that would be great. In addition, I might as well get the 3rd brake light that matches what is seen in the picture above so I'll need help finding that too. Thanks in advance for any help that is provided.

When I bought mine last year there was only one eBay seller that had these smoked red lights. There are tons selling them now but it all looks to be the same product. Kinda like LED light bars....
