I was inspired by FireMedic and decided to swap my factory fogs for LEDs.
I ordered the brackets, 2 sets of 3x3 LED pods, and wiring harnesses and was off to the races.
Overall, the install is very easy. The main issue is that aiming them is a little difficult as it is hard to get to them once installed. The output is very good, but not necessarliy any better than my HIDs that I had before. Currently, they are wired together so both pairs come on with the factory fog switch. I may wire the pairs independently however.
I connected the LEDs to factory type harnesses for easy connections. The yellow lights are actually covers. That pair has a flood beam pattern, whereas the other pair are spots.

Testing the lights before install....

Daytime pic of my dirty truck...

And a nighttime shot....
