Nah the black roof doesnt work for me. On the hood and on the bed cover will be fine to tie it all together. The roof would just heat it up way to much in the summer.

Truckin am I on the right track with the stripes? Its gonna be a ***** to match it up on the other side so I wanna get it right on the side before I do it.

Almost there. Make the inside of the grille all black, make the outer portion of the grille shell silver to match the truck except for the areas that line up with the black areas on the hood. Make the silver stripes a little thinner too.

The stripes should not go through the grille, they need to stop at over the top of the shell

Wouldnt look right with vinyl, The black possibly would but the silver wouldnt

Thats it! Well except for the screwy stripe.

Also thought about instead of the stripes putting silver spears down the sides of the scoop. Kinda like an inverted way most people do the black spears

I think it will look good like that, when and if you get the hood send me a pic of the truck head on an high up, and I can get you something to show the painter what you want visually, outta help them out a little.
