I posted this in the Bilstein thread but figured it may get lost in the 150 pages worth. Any help would be appreciated.
I currently have 5100's turned up to I believe 2.8 can't remember as it has been several years since I had them installed. I am currently running 295/60/20 Toyo MT's on the Moto Metal MO970 20x9 +18 with zero issues.
I am wanting to switch the look up and go to a 17" wheel. I really like the Method NV in 17x8.5 0 with 35's. But I was told that going with 35's would rub at full lock with a 0 offset. With that being said, I researched what the biggest size I could go with without rubbing. I think I have found my answer in a 305/70/17. The 305/70/17 comes in at 33.8"x12" and my current tire 295/60/20 is at 33.9"x11.6". Based on that I would think that the 305 would work without rubbing.
My question is, does anyone have this setup currently in the 305/70/17 and do you have any rubbing? Could you post a pic? Or can anyone support that going with the 305/70/17 will not cause rubbing.
