First, happy thanksgiving to all.

I'm thinking about leveling out my truck. I seen some spacers on ebay, but would be a good guess about how much would it run me to get it installed by a pro after i get the spacer?

When i ebay spacers, i see lots of types...is there one i should stay away from and what size should i get ( see from 1.5inch to about 3 inch spacers)?

Overall, the big plan here is to get bigger tires for the stock chrome clad rims.

Stay far away from 3" spacers lol...go with a 2.5" from HBS! Run you about $80! Install it yourself l, its pretty simple..then just pay for an alignment!

Also if you use your stock wheels you will need spacers...

I did the 2.5 polyurethane Daystar kit $130. very happy with it. Cost me $200 for the install after alignment. Probably not the best deal, but i feel good about the setup.

Is there any instructions on how to install spacers? I have a 4 wheel drive truck.

Go with the Hellbent Steel 2.5" kit! $79 and free shipping! I'm goin to hopefully install mine this Sunday with a couple friends.

If you go to hellbent's website there is a PDF for install instructions. And you can even hop on YouTube for installs.

I see the website. I like the pictures. I just don't know if a guy like me (not very handy but willing to get hands dirty) would be able to take it apart and put it back together. Just wondering how much would it be if i took it to the shop. For instance, if i took it to NTB or sears.

I was quoted $400 at Four Wheel Parts...parts, labor & alignment included! Thats ridiculous, so me and a buddy installed it and I got a free alignment from the shop he works at!

I'd say it'd run you at least $200, but making a couple phone calls for quotes wouldn't hurt.
