Looking to add another mod to my truck. Looking into a 3inch lift for my 2011 Ram 1500. What have ya'll gone with, like, best bang for your buck? I have heard FOX or maybe Icon? Rough Country?
Thanks!

2wd or 4wd a lot of 4wd run bilstein 5100 at 2.8 and I think you need new uca above 2” to keep from popping the ball joint

I second the eibach truck pro lift kit as your best bang for the buck. 2nd would be the Zone 4” not knowing your budget the zone may fit what you’re looking for

Zone 4”F/3”R with Bils set at .7 or 1.4 depending on the rake you have and want

Eibach would probably require a UCA upgrade too as I’m sure the angle would be terrible at 3.5” and stock arms so add another $350 to $500 on top

What UCAs are good for a lift like this? I see some using Zone and some using Mevotech. I too am researching my options for a lift. Trying to decide between the Eibach or Bil 5100’s with spacers in the rear.

Mevotechs are a stock replacement, they don’t correct for any increased angles due to lifting. They are stronger than the stock 2013+ trucks stock UCA’s so some members upgrade to them while installing adjustable struts. If you keep your level kit less than 3” then you don’t “need” to replace the UCA’s, but with the Eibach set at 3.5” lift I definitely would replace them with some that corrected for ball joint angle. I have Zone on my truck with the larger Bilstein 6112 coilovers, but Readylift also makes an affordable UCA. There are other brands, many that cost a lot more.

Well, this thread isn't too old so I guess I'll just jump in here if y'all don't mind...?

I was looking to level and slightly raise my 2016 1500 crew cab 4X4.
The Daystar #KC09114BK kit which does 2.5" in the front and 2" in the rear caught my eye.
Will I be opening up a can of problems with something like this?

Shock tower top spacers are the least desirable way to lift the front ... Just do Bils and a rear spacer from Hell Bent Steel
