Lift or no?

I've got an '06 1500 big horn w/ factory 20" wheels w/ 275 60r 20 tires. The tire wheel combo is a 33" tire I'd like to run 35". Does anyone know if I can run 35" tires without a lift or will I need a little more? Thx in advance

You will need a 2.5" leveling kit at least for 35's. You will need a negative offset rim so the tires wont rub.

Yep. The largest tire you can run on a stock height is a 325/50R20 with 1/2 wheel spacers.
