Hey everyone.
After lifting my truck, my stock end link bushings decided to give out and basically stay as pancakes. I replaced those with some I found at the parts store which didn't do much. Every bump I hit would pop or clunk just the stock. Then the extensions ended up bending at the top. I think this is because the extensions were too long? Maybe? I didn't measure the degree of the sway bar but it was angled a little far upwards for my liking. It's my understanding that sway bars should be level at mid travel of the suspension.
I didn't want to spend almost 200 bucks on the suspension maxx end links. So I found some measured a little shorter. I believe 12.75. And only ran me 95 bucks. They are the cognito end links for a chevy 2500/3500 part #COG110-90254. I did end up having to break the welds that held their bolt that goes through the control arm and replacing it as it was way way too big to fit through the factory mounting hole.

The front end now feels especially solid. And even better, no clunks or pops from the end links when I'm off road. If this is something you're interested in, you'll need a dremel with a cut off wheel to cut the welds that cognito places on the bolt/bracket. 2 M12-1.75 bolts, 2 nylon insert nuts, 2 washers, and maybe 2 lock washers if you want.
Hope this helps someone.
