Anyone ever seen or used these? Any thoughts on whether i should get them or not?

Funds are kinda limited so i can't be spending a whole crap load, kinda sucks with me in Alaska cause its a pain in the ass on the wallet to ship here, which is mainly what i'm having the problem with. Some people charge ridiculous shipping.

I purchased a set similar from eBay except with HID's, they look good but the light output is worse then stock on my truck!
I had issues with them fogging up also but it was from the crappy seals the lights came with, a little adjustment and the problem never returned.

I wouldn't buy them again if that means anything, I'm saving up to get a set retrofitted like I should have done from the beginning.
