Hey guys, I love my Ram 1500 4x4 6 cylinder. I ran a Toyota Tacoma for years before. It's hard to find a truck that will last longer with little maintenance than the Tacoma. I have about 75,000 miles on my Ram. The only two things I pull is a Polaris ranger that I hunt in and a Mako 17 very light skiff that I fish out of. What are your opinions on the longevity of the 6 cylinder pushing the full size Ram? Thanks

I have a 2015 Quad Cab 4x4 V6 Pentastar as well. About 73 k on the clock, Runs great MPG good and reviews show a good long lasting motor . Like any motor maintenance is the key ! I run 100% Synthetic Oil and change about 5/6k . Yes over kill but IMO cheap insurance :)

I have a 2017 SLT quad cab 4x4. 75k miles. It's been a great truck for me. I bought it with around 28k miles on it. I change the oil regularly. The only issue I had was with the oil cooler. I'd definitely purchase another.

It was leaking oil pretty good and if I remember correctly, they replaced some gaskets and something else. I think it was around a 600.00 fix at the dealership.

I've got 153,000 on mine. I pull a boat and also a utility trailer often....no problems and she runs great and pulls strong.

I just lost a head gasket on my 3.6 Pacifica - 440 miles out of warranty, so 60441 miles.

Started as an intermittent cold start miss #3 cylinder about 2-3 weeks ago - they thought plug/coil/or injector but I didn't have time to leave it - was still in warranty at that point.

Were you able to make some kind of deal with them to get it fixed since its so close to when the warranty ended? I would hope they would at least cover half of it if not considerably more.
