Looking for a bumper solution

I hate that my chrome bumper has four holes for a front plate. Found some plastic plugs the perfect size at Lowes, tried some chrome paint and just doesn’t look good enough for me to be satisfied.

Wondering if anyone has some suggestions for chrome paint or alternative solutions to fill these holes.

Can’t bring myself to purchase ready made bumper plugs - too expensive for what they are.

Thoughts?

My local ace/true value store had chrome plugs that fit perfectly for a total of $5 for all 4.
