Hey guys I been freshening up my 2011 1500. Did a two tone roll on industrial coating on the truck and everything underneath. Two coats of flat Grey first. Went pretty well, and was thinking of doing some ads for next season to do other people's trucks. I was thinking fir charging flat price labour and materials.
$1500 bucks to do the two tone, rockers, wheel wells, suspension, and rear axel,
$500 to do the bed if it has never been done.
$250 if the bed has been done by the factory and want to make it fresh. Like how the pics of mine look. And bedline a 2x4 to match.
Small holes can be fiberglass, zero filler, had a coaster size hole on my driver fender, 4 hits of fiberglass closed it right up. Planning to get new fenders when i do the manifolds in the future. I am putting on oem fenders flares so didn't have to be fussy, the fender flare will cover everything and will just be factory paint around the flare and ordered another set of step bars. Will add more pics in a couple weeks when it is put back together rust proofed step bars and snow tires. Won't look as old as it is. Nice thing with them making the classic for so long.
Owner has to take care of degreeasing if rust proofed and take out the liners. The wheels stay on and I touch no bolts. Easiest way to avoid headaches I think. Price includes materials, wire brushing, scuffing, 2 coats paint, first coat cut very thin to run into everything, 2nd coat very lightly cut to build up a base. 1 coat of industrial coating. All by hand no spraying to insure a strong bond with no issues of peeling.
I think the prices are fair. But don't know. Thought this was a good place to ask. Not looking for work, just some opinions would be appricated. Thanks for the time.
