New to this. Looking for real info for costly repairs on trucks over 250km.
Been looking at buying a 2015 2500 with the 6.4L V8 AND 240KM on it. What should I be concerned about repair wise?
I'm a former Toyota tech l, just not experienced with rams.

Really depends on previous maintenance it could nickel and dime you or could have a lot of life left. Take a good look at all the fluids and inspect to see if anything looks new or replaced.

Are there any common problems at higher mileage. I had an older ram 2500 with the V10 and ended up blowing a rod threw the block
