Looking for Opinions

Hey all, I picked up a 2012 Quad cab last week and have been doing a few mods here and there. Debadged the sides and need to finish the tailgate tomorrow. Have some rock chips on the bumper that will be getting fixed but I decided to plastidip the grille all black the other night. I'm thinking about doing the wheels in black as well to tie it all in but was wondering if anyone had a similar scheme they could post? TIA

Hey pretty awesome to see this post because I have the exact truck, 2012 as well and I started to mod mine exactly the way you have started which is blacking out the grille and then the wheels but one day I decided to draw out exactly how I wanted my truck to look. I did a ton of research on what was available and how much I was willing to invest into my project. I have to say it took me about 3 months to plan all this out. Once I knew exactly how I wanted my truck to look, and about a year and a half to purchase my items, I ended up with this!
Exterior I pretty much complete other than debadging but I am content with it.

Evo mod is when you make the front look like that of a mitsu evo. Did it to my old xrunner. Ill try to find pics.

After mulling over it for the weekend I decided that plastidip was not the way I wanted to go with my wheels. With them staying stock for now I decided to break up the black on the grill some and keep the grill border in white and black out the rest.

Need to fix the rock chips in the bumper next.

You might think about some 3M clear bra coating for the front bumper. It will not guarantee you won't get rock chips but it sure would help reduce them.

Mine has the black vinyl stickers on the sides between the windows. I like it but is hard to keep clean. Like this one.

I had the dealer remove that black vinyl on my Max Steel Sport and now on my silver Laramie. Makes it look 100% better IMO. I initially had it removed because it was wrinkling and looked lousy. Glad it started wrinkling after I saw the end result of removing it.
