Hey all,

I have a 2016 RAM 1500 4X4 and I’m looking into installing a line lock solenoid.

I think I found the size of the flare nuts, please correct me if I’m wrong, this should be a 1/2“ X 20 inverted flare on the master and the ABS?!
But what is the size of the line? Is it a 1/4“ or a 5/16“?

Any help would be appreciated!

That sounds really good. But I’m running a can bus wideband and not sure if this would mess with my tune.

Hunt up Charonblk07's build thread,i think Kurtis has his line lock install in his build thread.
I have a buddy who's into drifting and he puts the line lock on the rear brakes,so he can modulate the front brakes using the brake pedal,i've been tempted to try out his idea,as you could do rolling burn-outs that way ;)

Thats the way my duster is set up, if I flip on the line lock I only have front brakes...perfect for warming up the rear tires

I assume he installed the line lock in reverse, speaking of not letting fluid pass to the rear breaks.

Well I’m not gonna do drifting with my heavy ass truck, I just want it for staging and burnout purposes on the strip.

Yes he installs it into the rear brake line. I think if you go through this thread you might find Kurtis's install,if not search his name for his other threads.

That looks like interesting material to read. Thanks
