Looking for different brands of tonneau covers, am slightly on a budget. I would really like to get a hard fold cover but price range is around 3-400 so looks like I'll be sticking with a soft tri-fold. Any good brands out there that you have used??

I went with TonneauMax on eBay. It was around $125 and has worked great for 3 years now. It's not a soft trifold but they do make them in that brand though.

Look on AutoAnything.com. They have a large selection and will normally ship for free.

Good luck

I just got the gator evo, 425 otd from realtruck.com. Hard bifold. Greatest investment I've done to the truck. I really wanted the nicer more expensive tri fold. The bi-fold is actually working out alot better than I expected.

If you live close to a Pepboys, you can order one on their website, and get 25% off right now. You don't need to pay online, you can select "pay in store", and best of all if it's in stock you can pick it up within 1 or 2 minutes of placing the online order.

I bought my Lund Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover from Pepboys for my 06 QCSB and it was priced $329.99 and I got it for $209.

Best part is, I just looked on their site and right now the Lund Genesis Tri-fold Tonneau Cover is originally $329.99, it's on sale for $209.99 and get this... you get a $65 Prepaid Visa Card Mail In Rebate! You end up paying $145 for a Tonneau Cover that you can't find anywhere online for anything under $300 (Amazon - $300/no mail in rebate).

I highly suggest you order the Lund from PepBoys. I had one on my 06, and now I have one on my 2012 and both have been amazing quality and good, strong build.

My all time favorite for durability it the Extang Tuff Tonno 3 or whatever they. call it now. I had 2 of them. Overlapping a 14 year span on my 96 RAM 1500 and 01 RAM 3500. They are very strong but can be difficult to reinstall in freezing weather.
For my 15 I decided on a $250 TonnoPro soft tri-fold. It is easier to operate but only has a 150 pound load rating which means the snow needs to be cleared off and not allowed to build up and turn to ice. My 01 would sit all winter because it was RWD and its intended use was to tow the camper. In '14 there was easily 2 feet of snow and ice on the Tuff Tonno that bent the bows in the opposite direction. I though for sure they were ruined but after carefully cleaning it all off the bows returned to their original shape no worse for wear. That was very impressive!

I'm with lonestar. I've had a tonnopro tri-fold for 4.5 years. It has a lifetime warranty. Back in June I noticed the stitching was coming apart, so I emailed them and I had a brand new cover the next week. All I had to do was send pictures and they mailed a new cover and paid for return shipping. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
