I am in the market for a flatbed for my 2020 Ram 3500 4WD Dually. I want to pull a gooseneck or fifth wheel with it. I wrecked the back fenders on both sides, and the dealer wants 8k to fix them. It's a short bed with a mega cab. I am located in Louisiana but willing to travel a few hundred miles for the right price. OR a new stock ram bed. Any ideas on where to find one or suggestions are welcomed.
I also want 18-inch black rims for the same model.

Do you mean 17" black wheels? For a dually it's 16, 17, 19.5, ect. I'm not familiar with 18 drw.

You would get a better hit in the wanted section or maybe even the 5th gen section. Detailing is not going to help you here.
