Rats got into my engine bay and i had to fix about 15 wires they chewed through. I have a loose green wire coming from the engine fuse box. By loose I mean the other end doesn't go into anything. Also my left headlight and left tail light doesn't turn on unless I attach this wire to a power source(battery). The brake light still works fine on the left though.

Does anybody know where this wire could go?

In home 110v/220v ac wiring green wires usually indicate a ground wire

I automotive 12v dc wiring black is usually referenced as being ground
and red wiring positive.

I have seen reference to green wiring in communication with CAN buss
