Anybody ever seen this happen? Noticed it while fluid filming. The bolt just seems to be almost falling out.

I would remove the rest of the way, Put Locktite on the bolt, put back in and tighten. U could look up the torque spec and set with torque wrench also...

ADDED: Check all the other bolts and torque also, just saying...

Did you buy it new or used? Do you have any gremlins in your hood? They are in season. You didn't steal their pumpkin did you? Dont tell me you smashed it.

I tightened it really quickly with my multi tool pliers as I was running behind and needed to get dinner ready. Today or tomorrow I might try what @turkeybird56 suggested and apply some loctite.

Dealer would blame the Fumoto valve

:)
Absolutely, the brass Fumoto valve creates negative ions when petroleum passes through it, affecting the aluminum transmission polarity, reversing the true magnetic pole, natural to it. The steel bolt nearest to the south pole is affected the most. FCA violation warranty code # WEr-N-title2maKE$hIt^aSSnEEdEd
