I have an '05 5.9 Cummins with 192600 miles, its been getting louder than normal, its coming from under the hood.exhaust looks good. I had it from new, engines never been touched. I keep regular maintenance on it. the best way that I can explain is its like the regular Cummins sound but louder. Any suggestions appreciated. thanks.
