Is there away to use a dual zone center stack in a single zone?

I put a 2018 8.4 Nav dual zone in a 2017 ram 1500. I did not notice it was the dual zone center stack. I bought the climate control harness for the 7 speed. The a/c is not engaging, fan speed goes to 6, at 7 it turns off, and temp control does not work. Everything else works as it should. Is there away around it or do I have to get the single zone center stack to make this work and climate control?

Who did you get your 8.4 harness set from?
(I don't think it was me... You wouldn't be having these issues).

no sir it sure wasn’t from you. I got it From infotainment. I didn’t come across your stuff tell after I had problems true fully.

If you want to send it back to them/get a refund, I can help you out with everything minus the radio (I don't usually carry them, but can help you source one).

I bought the radio and the center console set up out of a wrecked truck. The harness came from infotainment. I can send the wiring harness back and order from you. Will the radio its self not work? Just want to clarify on this.
