Ordered an A.E.V. Procal on Saturday. Need to get everything dialed back in. Anyone who's bought on, please chime in on what you think about it.

Mine seems to drive better on the highway, less downshifting after correcting the tire size.

My speedo is now correct, but strangely it feels like it doesn't quite have the same acceleration or as if the shift points were better before. Also noticed an occasional clunk from the transmission when it shifts around 40 mph when I let off the gas right beforehand. I'm going to turn off my Pedal Commander and see if that helps.

My Procal has worked without issue. However, please keep in mind any time the dealer flashes the Body Control Module you will lose your settings, so keep it in a safe place so you can re-use. It is nice having the fogs with high beams as well as the tire size fix.

Just got it out of the shop and haven't even unloaded the old wheels and tires out of the bed, so it's sitting a little low in the back. Installed Thuren leveling kit and American Racing AR969wheels with +18mm offset wrapped in 37-13.5-17 Cooper ST Pros. I just fell in love with this truck all over again!

No rubbing. I Did do some trimming though per Thuren's instructions. On his website, it gives you the exact recipe to make this work. 37-13.5s on wheels with +18mm offset, Thuren leveling kit and a little trimming. It works awesome! I could not be happier with the results.

If you did Don’s taller front springs, a 1” rear coil spacer is a good idea to keep level or slightly positive rake. With no rear spacer they go bro truck lean with any weight in the bed.

Time to start waking up the Hemi. First step, Flowmaster 50 series HD on the way. Going to have it installed with a new single tailpipe that eliminates the resonator and exits the back corner at a 45 degree angle and cut flush with bottom of back bumper. Clean look with max clearance.

Sounds good. Be careful with where you cut the tailpipe. Lots of plastic back there to melt if you get it too close.

OK, exhaust is done and sounds great except for the drone at 1500-1800 on the freeway. 4.88 gears will have to come sooner rather than later.
