Manifold leak. What's the warranty say?

Warranty question for everyone. I'm at about 3.5 years 59,500 miles on my 2021 ram laramie 1500 5.7. I've got what I'm pretty sure is a passenger side exhaust manifold leak. Can anyone tell me if there's a chance that an exhaust manifold leak at 59,500 miles is covered under any emissions or power train warranty or am I on my own with this one? The 2 dealers I've been to around me have treated me like garbage with previous service issues even though I've spent $160,000 there in 3 years. I'm willing to try a 3rd if there's a chance, but don't need another disappointing waste of time if there's no shot.

My understanding is that manifolds will fall under the emissions warranty which is actually pretty generous, 8yr I believe. More definitive research would be good to have at the ready when you go in, but that is my recollection.

Definitely falls under drive train which is good till 60k. My daughter took their 2019 in w/59,800 on it and got both manifolds replaced. They let them drive it till the new manifolds came. It took about 10 weeks.

Why would a manifold fall under 'drive train'? It is part of the exhaust and emissions system. Your drive train is the transmission, differential, driveshaft, axles, CV joints, and the wheels.

I've been told by one dealer that no part of the exhaust system is covered after 36k (I had another leak after the cat). I've been told on here that parts of the exhaust are covered by the emissions warranty (makes sense-a leak before the cat would absolutely render the cat less effective and be an emissions problem for the epa) and by the drive train warranty (also makes some sense as at least the manifold directly bolts on and is fairly essential to the operation of the drive train). I guess it doesn't matter which warranty and I'll schedule an appointment to get it in before it hits 60k and let people know what they say. Prepared for more disappointment with this truck (or at least the service behind it).

Because it lists the exhaust manifolds right in the factory warranty booklet under parts covered under powertrain warranty:

After the 3/36k bumper-to-bumper the manifold would be covered under the emissions warranty since it is before the emissions controlling equipment, ie: catalytic converter on gas engines.

The replaced the manifolds on my 2013 1500 at 74k miles under the emissions warranty. That's a federal warranty all manufacturers must adhere to. If you are being denied you should contact the EPA and your state's attorney general.

Not contradictory. Federal law requires those parts for 2/24,000.
They’re just saying that all of those parts are covered under their own 3/36,000 basic warranty anyway, regardless of the federal law requirement.

I understand the technicalities here but still feel it could have been better presented by FCA.

I wonder if/when the EPA warranty was updated/changed. I distinctly remember there not being a 2/24 policy, and everything was covered under the 8/80. None of the PHEV stuff was in there as well.

I've had two vehicles where the manifolds were replaced under the EPA warranty. A 2005 Nissan Titan and 2013 Ram 1500. Both were outside of the bumper-to-bumper and powertrain warranties.

I was just over 100,000 miles when the right side exhaust manifold cracked. The dealer told me Ram picked up the labor under warranty. I paid for the parts, which was around $70. Whether it was covered under emissions, powertrain, or parts, I don't know.
