Well I've been trying to cool off a bit but here we go I'll try to keep it short.
When I bought my truck Nov 16 i was pretty happy then I looked up and headliner around sunroof had let go and was hanging a bit. No problem that's between bumpers so I had I fixed under warranty but it didn't hold very long. Now let's fast fwd a bit 6yrs 7... that's right 7 headliner replacements, 3 seperate weeks long "leave it with us we'll take care of it" miles and miles of diagnostic trips. July 5 2022 started again for a replacement knowing warranty would be up on nov 15 22. After three more diagnostic trips hours of texts and emails with ram cares ultimately I was told "no". Someone was blocking approval but this mystery Wizard of OZ like person could not be spoken to. Finally I was contacted by a mgr at ram cares and was told "no" and the warranty had expired anyway.
This was a 6yr 100kmi bumper to bumper warranty truck has 55k on it now. Dealer told me "all" of these are like that ram doesn't want to fox them. At this point my ownership experience is easily the worst I have ever had this is not my first ram but it will be my last. I'm going to try to post some pics to help you check how yours is. how it looks and how it is anyhow it should be.
