I had this exact same issue recently, after doing the Belltech 2/4 kit.

I first replaced the rear shocks with the QA1 single adjustable shocks. When they were cranked to 12 out of 18 it was pretty manageable. The faster I got, the less it wobbled.

I did the torsion bar relocation kit from IHC and still had a bit of a wobble, though significantly less noticeable. It would start for a split second and correct itself just as fast as it started.

I had a loose bolt on the stabilization bar (the one that connects to the back of the axle) relocation bracket. It's the only vertical bolt on the bracket. I can't get a socket on it to torque it down because there's too much **** in the way. I cranked it down again, after finding it loose again, and it helped. I then had the bracket welded in place. That virtually eliminated it.

I have the single adjustable down at 7 out of 18 now and only feel a very slight wobble over really bad bumps.
You can get rid of the trackbar relocation bracket if you want by relocating the hole on the frame side.
I relocated both the diff bracket hole and the frame hole and got rid of the trackbar bracket.
You can also see how my earlier Illicit brackets relocate the lower arm.

I'll have to look into that if it starts acting up more. I did a cross state trip right after the initial install. Then installed the QA1s before coming back across state. I haven't driven much since then. Over the summer I would like to go to the drag and do a race day after getting her a new cam.

That bracket that came with the Belltech was a big pain in the ass to get on. I even had to shave a bit off to get it into the axle side hole. The bar was absolutely not going to go on if I hadn't of shaved it. I tried to ask Belltech if it would affect anything and they acted like they didn't know anything about the relocation bracket. They ended up telling me the coils were the right ones. No **** guys, I'm asking about shaving the bracket.

I threw my Belltech relocation bracket in my scrap metal pile, and then redrilled the holes,as it was nothing but a joke .I couldn't keep it tight, and i wasn't about to weld it in place, lol

Adjustable control arms "do not" correct the rear suspension geometery, they just band-aid the pinion angle, but don't address the root cause of the issues created by lowering a coil sprung 4th gen truck.
Look at how your rear location arms sit, they'll be angled upwards, and that's the issue that needs to be corrected, they need to come back down and be as close to parrellel as possible
All great info as I begin to look for a lowering kit and how to do it properly and safely for a lowered look and comfortable ride. Appreciate the guidance from all of you.

UPDATE: Whilst changing my wheels and tires, I found out my sway bar links in the rear and front had loosened. Replaced the bolt hardware on the rear - no further issue, but I have now replaced each front Sway bar link once in less than 6 months. Going to use the heavy-duty Suspension Maxx sway bar links for a final replacement on the front.

Currently sway (rocking) is 95% gone. Will ride test this for the next month or so and then look into relocating the frame mount bolt for the panhard bar., (Wild one forgot to share that with me), but it makes good sense. However, it looks like I will have to get an adjustable stabilizer/panhard bar to make it work.

Future plans -- I will relocate the upper and lower control arms to fix the rear end geometry in the spring. Installing a relocation bracket kit (IHC or Trekline Motorsport) and CORE adjustable upper and lower control arms. That should complete my full suspension upgrade for my 2/4 drop with the MaxTrac kit. If I get the IHC relocation kit, I will buy a separate used rear axle to do all the cutting and mods on, so I can get a straight switch by my local shop.

@GAJetPilot - Please keep me advised of your work as it progresses, as we both seem to be on a similar path. Thanks for sharing
