MBRP catback exhaust

I have a 2015 Outdoorsman which has the single side exit exhaust. What I was planning on doing is a catback single with MBRP and doesn't state different model length from short box to mid box. mines the longer box but wouldn't a exhaust made for short box exit different? Also doing a catback will there be downside to just changing muffler or removing resonator? What I mean is there more performance and more noise from catback compared to just swapping to aftermarket muffler with stick tip, resonator and piping?

I had the MBRP single side exit catback kit on my 2004 and it sounded incredible... if you want, give MBRP a call... their customer service is awesome and they'll give you the exact part number you need over the phone... their email link is good too, they'll respond quickly... within 24 hours (during weekdays)...

I've got an MBRP system on my truck. I did the whole cat back. Honestly there isn't a benefit to going cat back. The pipe sizes were exactly the same as stock. If you want to save some money just put an MBRP muffler on and cut the resonator out.

I sold my stock exhaust for I believe it was $300. It only cost me $500 for the cat back so I made out pretty good there! I had the stock duals so it made then more desirable for resale

I have a mbrp cat back with dual exits on either side, there's a piece of pipe that you cut to length depending on what you have (short or long box, reg. quad or crew cab) the instructions tell you what length to cut it to.
