Middle seat belt help?

Quick question…
Working to put in 3 car seats…

I am trying to put in a rear facing carseat in the middle of the back seat of my quad cab. Instead of using the lower anchors (being used by the other two seats) we were going to use the seatbelt. It doesn’t appear to cinch like the two outside do.

Can anyone pull their buckle allll the way out and see if it cinches?

By cinching, I mean the belt will not do anything but tighten until it goes all the way back and resets.

You can buy one of these and it will latch. You will use both passenger rear and driver rear inner latches. This one is longer than what comes with your car seat. I use it to do exactly what you are trying to do.
