Mirror signals, puddle lights

Hello. Does anyone knows if the parts numbers for the mirror signals and puddle lamps have been changed? I've looked high and low, and have been told that they don't exist, including dealers. Was even told that my truck doesn't have them! I removed them in order to get the part numbers correctly, but I'm stumped. The mirror signals are:
48291 (BLK) LH & 48292 (BLK) RH. I'm guessing the BLK is due to the black trim around them.
Puddle: 48381 LH & 48392 RH.
Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Are you the original owner? If not, maybe someone swapped on mirrors from a later year? If you are the original owner, I'd check with Benny at @AllMoparParts.com here on the forums. I know I've heard of them being available for later years, but FCA part numbers are usually longer than that.

I just typed into google. 48379 and amazon popped up with this. Chrysler PN 68302829 maybe Benny here can reference that number to find you the black ones cause that’s the part number for the silver.

Thank you stimpy433. I was going to order those, but according to ebay they wouldn't fit my truck. I asked the seller, and he had no idea why it would tell me that. I guess I'll order them and try them.

Not the original owner, bought with 6k miles after the original owner decided he wanted a 2500, but they do come up in the build sheet.
