Was looking into a “ slight “ lift for my truck to run 35” tires and came upon this. Has anyone had a Mopar lift on prior year Rams ?a13d86d82d24aef35657634f40b9e3cf.jpg

Thats a pretty hefty price... bilstiens with spacers for the rear and even mevotech UCAs would only run about 550...

I’m not set on anything as my last Ram sat on a level that made me very happy. I’m feeling this One needs to be up just a teeny bit more. I’m not interested in being the biggest, just want that somewhat hoping to be bigger look lol.

I find it hilarious they now include new UCA’s for a factory Mopar kit on the 2019’s. Seems like they should’ve just put the stronger ones on to begin with.

Now THAT I totally agree with, but I’m sure they will attribute that to cost savings.

Just an update, here is what I’ve been quoted to fully do the Mopar 2” lift.8f42314d9300437f7a5f101b791e9be4.jpg

Is this from your dealer?

That lift with some 285’s or 295’s would look great

Yes sorry, 285/65R20 or 295/60R20, you could always squeeze 35’s just depends what you want

No squeezing lol, just looking for a more aggressive look without feeling like I’ve had to compromise.

Well here’s the update and the reality of it. Sadly I was in a major accident in December which has limited me physically. With that being the case as my wife has brought up, me hopping into a lifted daily isn’t the smartest move. One slip can cause me severe pain and honestly as much as I like that lifted rugged look, for my condition I wouldn’t fare well with it in the daily.

So with all of that being said, I’ll be going with the Mopar 2” lift just to fit beefier wheels and tires under this.

I’m looking at one of these (3) tires paired for now with my factory wheels. I’m not knocking 20” wheels but not sure for now which wheels would even interest me.1baa9de148dc0256d1bde662ef1f49fc.jpg71b29c05b8188ef2aea3cad2ad6f15a9.jpga88aa35c21b6ba107d7f780651f5b341.jpg

75% of the pictures i've seen of the 2" mopar lift the rear looks high similar to the truck maintaining factory rake, can anyone confirm this to be true?
i have not seen a truck with it installed in person.

Yes, it maintains the same rake. The mopar kit lifts it 2" in the front and also 2" in the rear.
