Mopar Lift Kits

I was at the local Dodge dealership yesterday and was doing a bit of talking with the service guy. He stated they do alot of 4 inch Mopar Lift Kits onto brand new trucks and could even do one for me. I was wondering if these Mopar kits are any good, and I am sure it still keeps the warranty since they are putting them on special packaged new trucks. Anybody know anything about them?

The Mopar lift is just a Superlift with a Mopar emblem and an inflated price. It's a good product but you could save a couple hundred bucks by buying a Superlift. My dealer told me that Mopar doesn't make anything, they just put their name on other people's products.

Couple hundred bucks to save your warranty might be cheap in the long run.

If you have a mod friendly dealer you won't have any issues either way. My dealer had no problem buying/installing my RCX lift over the Mopar lift. I'd be leary of any dealer that told me they would void my warranty because of a BDS, Fabtech, etc but a Mopar lift would be fine.

I didnt think of buying a lift then asking the dealer to install. Thats a good idea.

As mentioned above, the Mopar lift is a Superlift.
Another key bit of information, is Superlift is in trouble as a company and not sure if they will be around in another year.

So given the dealer offers this lift, I would ask them what would happen if you needed parts going forward?
I would even through it out there, that you do know its a Superlift
