I was pretty impressed with how beefy and sturdy these are. They each weigh about 40 pounds with bedliner style coating.
The only challenge was having to remove the paint overspray on each of the 18 factory stud bolts before mounting the brackets. There were several coats so I ended up applying some paint stripper first to loosen up the paint a bit. Then I used my dremel to remove the rest and wire brush for hard to reach spots. I strongly recommending removing as much paint as possible to the point where the nut can be hand threaded without too much difficulty. I messed up the thread on one of the nuts trying to force it on. Fixed it with a tap (M8x1.25) but should have known better.
Just need to apply some corrision inhibitor to the studs so if anyone has any recommendations that would be much appreciated!
