Hey I'm wanting to go a little higher than my bilstein levelin kit that I currently have on my truck. Would it be best to slap a 3" body lift on it or go with a 4" suspension lift? I'm just worried about the lift putting a lot of stress on the cv angles and what not. Anyone that has a keeling kit with a 3" body feel free to post a pic, thanks again.

To answer this question will get you mixed reviews as neither a body lift or suspension lift is right or wrong.
This will all depend on what you wallet allows ;)

4" suspension lift will obviously correct your CV angles now as Im sure they are thrown off by the Bilsteins.
It would completely straighten them (assuming you are at 2.1 or 2.75) but it will adjust the angle due to the drop brackets you get

With the 3" body. Your CV angles will NOT change from what they look like and are now. Simply because you are not touching the suspension, rather lifting the body off the frame

I have a 6" lift and Bilsteins at 1.4 and my CV's are almost straight. Id say they are equivalent to how stock rams come (compared with a buddies stock ram)

if you do a 4" lift and depending on the 4" lift you will need to set your Bilsteins at 0.7 or 1.4 to be level and I can guarantee your CVs will be far better than how they are now.
0.7 - if you get a 4" kit with the 2" rear block
1.4 - if you get a 4" kit with the 3" rear coil spring

Hope this addresses your question.
I would throw up a pic, but it does not fit what you are asking....unless you want to see how my truck looked like with the 6", 2.1 Bils and 3" Body lift....lol ;)

Others will chime in here with pics
But any questions, let me know :emotions36:

Here is my truck with a 2.5 front level 1.5 inch rear spacer and a 3" body lift. I love it.

I have my bilsteins set at 2.1 and I noticed the angles are jacked up like you said. If I was to remove the bilsteins and just went with the suspension lift would I still need to put blocks in the back to get rid of the rake? Money isn't really an issue. When I get off this deployment I'm wanting to pull the trigger on raising my truck. Just didn't know what option is better. Do you happen to vendor bds? If you do I'd much rather go through a member.

Looks good man, you put the spacer in the back to keep the rake?

Yeah I don't mind a slight rake it is very minimal when parked flat. I might remove it sometime just don't have the time.

Yup, they should be at an angle as you did nothing to correct the CV's
But it should still drive as stock or near stock with minimal to no vibration.

If you go with a suspension lift (4" RCX, example)
you will have a 1" rake with stock shocks or Bilsteins set to 0
I would not remove them
If you want level with 4" RCX, set them to 0.7"

As for BDS, we are a one of the top online distributors for BDS :)
If you go the BDS route you have the 2" rear block option similar to the 4" RCX (set Bils to 0.7" for level) OR you can pay the upgrade cost (minimal) for the 3" rear coil and you can set your Bils at 1.4 for level.

Of course the quality difference between the 2 is different and you pay for what you get.
I am not knocking RCX in any way as its still a great product.
Both companies offer lifetime warranty.

Let me know. We would be glad to help lift your truck

I too have a 1" rake, but due a hollow knock sound in the rear, I may remove my 1" spacer and just have my truck leveled.

I HATE any non stock noise that I did not allow....lol

When you get a chance can you send me a pm or right back on here. Was wondering how much a 4" bds is
