Most likely use there m-led projectors which are really close to HID output. These are supposed to be quad projector low and high beams which should beat out HIDs. I as well did the FXR retrofit on mine but these are tempting will have to wait to see what kind of output they really have.

Well a video was released today by retrofit source.... check it out on Facebook or Instagram. These headlight are looking sick I will definitely buy a set just waiting to see and hear how much light output these really give. The drls and the switchbacks look sweet!!!!!

My only other question is will there be another housing colornoptions. I’d prefer a lighter/chrome housing over the black as pictured.

They appear to now be available for pre-order from some vendors. Got an email today. They are priced at $1,350.00, fit 2009-2018, and come with flicker/hyperflash modules. Available in December.

In reading about them, I guess Morimoto was inspired by the 5th gen Longhorn/Limited headlights when they made these, hence the similarities.

I hope they have decent output...not that I’m ready to drop my factory projectors with HID’s. If they perform well, maybe a decent tax return can convince me.

It’s too bad they don’t have any pics or video of them on an actual test truck yet, hopefully that’s coming soon.

Side note....it’s kinda strange this popped up today, last night at dinner I told my wife “you ought to see these new badass headlights they came out with”...she said “what are those about $400ea”?....I said no closer to $600....see guys if you price them by each and not by the pair it sounds a little better to them lol

Oh man as long as the beam pattern is solid they will be mine. Then I can make some money back selling my stock projectors
