Tried Calling TheRetroFitSource today. 3 different times. Each time I was on hold for 15 minutes didn’t speak with a rep. The reason why I called is my order changed from out of stock to processing?! So I’m assuming they may be shipping lights soon. If so I will post a lengthy review with before and after night and daytime photos and a video.

The change might be due to a change in the back end software they are using. The lights are not shipping just yet.

I feel everyone's pain who has been waiting patiently for their preorders.

When I used to be in the Honda scene, rear roof window spoilers in Carbon Fiber was a really big thing. Alot of us Accord owners got involved in a groupbuy/preorder that lasted almost 2 years before it shipped out from overseas =[

I’m giving them to the end of February to either come out with an update or deliver my Product. If not I’m canceling and probably not ordering anything again. The last of customer relations is horrible. At least do a weekly update.

1 - they aren't $1600. Retail on them is $1350
2 - They are made in Taiwan.

The republic of China “super deal” that still hasn’t made it to the boat lol.

I’d be super frustrated too if I had pre ordered these. If they aren’t shipping till the end of February to Hotlanta, I’m guessing it won’t be landing on people’s porches till late March by the time the ship makes port, wherever that is.. That’s if the cargo ship doesn’t makes numerous stops elsewhere along the way.

Still can’t wait to see consumer reviews on these!!!

Trust me.....I'm frustrated. I've sold a LOT.......and in the middle of the fun

But....we also saw what happened when the F150s where released, and a few things happened on trucks - and processes where put in place to NOT have the issues the F150 guys saw. Many take aways from that release.....well, went into the Ram stuff - and yes, delayed things, but in the end - we shouldn't see the issues that arose with the F150s, as they are now cared for.

I get it’s also frustrating on your end too. I’m also in a field where I provide a service based on the output of other sources. Regardless whether my sources are reliable and on time, or not, I’m still the first and final face the consumer deals with. It can be relentless at times.

Do you know what kind of issues they were running into with our Ram headlights that delayed them? Just curious

Nothing really, it was delayed due to things they found on other models, which may have been an issue with the Ram ones, if they came out with the same parts, etc.

As badly as it sucks waiting this long for lights I spent so much for... the other half says so what, you cant install them anyway lmao this is what I'm facing right now and neither of my trucks fit in my garage because they sit too tall.

I missed the e-mails while I was at work and also missed the chance for expedite. With the current arrival of all other orders being late March at the moment I'm out. I leave shortly after that for a school and won't even be able to use/enjoy them. By that time I'm sure some used ones will be floating around or vendors will honor coupon codes on new ones.
