i have an 2007 Dodge ram 1500 with the 5.7 and 138k and my motor mounts are smoked! i order two new ones from rockauto(usally very reliable) when i got the mounts and went to get under the truck i realized they sent me to right side mounts. i thought they would be the same for some reason. they dont offer a left side on the site last i checked and when i looked online they only ones i could find were on ebay and they wanted $350 for the one! seems a little pricey but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for where i can go? any help would be appreciated thank you

Yes, why don't you get the left side from your local Ram Dealer and put an end to the suspense. I've never heard of a single engine mount costing $350.00. Good luck..

This has been an issue for a while with the left side motor mounts being so damned expensive. Over the last year I have been replacing the bushing inserts on my customers trucks. It can be a real PITA to get them in even with a press.

If I have to purchase a left side mount I have been hitting my local salvage yards and snagging all of the mounts I can get my hands on.

I replaced the oem mounts a couple years ago with solid mounts fabbed up in a shop. I have my oem mounts in the shop somewhere. If anyone needs them, contact me and I'll dig them out.
