Mounting light bar 42” curved

When you guys installed your light bar on your Ram bumper where the plastic piece is did y’all use angle bar to mount it on the tow hook bolts and if so did you have to bend the angle bar at all or did it fit perfectly? Light bar is 42” curved.

I used thin l brackets/angle bar and bolted it to the metal drop down that holds my bumper on. Been there 4 years without an issue.

I cut and welded some roof mount brackets.

The curved bar looks nicer in the bumper but my straight bar projected wayyyy better.

Do you have pics? Did you have to grind the corner of the bracket at all?
