I have a 2013 ram 1500 4x4, Currently has a leveling kit and 37x13.5 r20 for tires the rims are 20x12 with a -51 offset I have been think about the possibility of moving the front end of the truck 1-2" forward to clear the tire's, its either that or a 6" lift and id prefer to keep it at the height it is now. Any suggestions or do you know anyone who might be willing to try and tackle this if it will work. need some opinions on it.

They are vision rockers. As to moving the wheels forward i was thinking custom control arms. Will also need offset ends for the steering and maybe angleing the shocks forward to clear the axle. Need some input on this to help with the decision or any suggestion on what i can do to achieve this. Thanks

Custom A arms would work . I would think there would be enough play to keep the stock tie rods.

Another option would be to find someone to make you a set of custom spindle plates and just move the spindle forward in the plate. That would leave everything else in the stock location . Used to be able to get them for g-body cars back in the day.

Possible yes , but a big hassle .

Would a 3" bodylift give you the clearance you require ?

I'd probably just go with a 6" BDS kit .

It needs atleast a 6" lift
It may be the easier way to go but I'd rather stick with the look it has now. It really is going to depend on the cost difference between the two to make that judgement call.

Ill take more pictures later today, Fiberwerx is the brand of fender.

I'll have to look into that. I'm not to sure the exact distance it needs to move forward to clear but i dont think it will be too much. Another thing is wouldnt moving the spindles forward cause the axle to rub on the shock?

Yea it probably would hit the strut, didnt think about that. Forgot you were working on 4x4.

Hears another idea though. Have you thought about trying to swap both upper and lower A-arms from side to side ? I believe the upper and lower A-arms are off set some. Have no idea if would even line up but might be worth looking at.

Here are pictures of the whole truck. Just started on the project and most likely wont be finished till spring next year. Personally i like the height it sits at now. I have contacted a company that makes long travel kits to see if they will do a one off to move the wheels forward. Just waiting on a reply.

So i contacted a company and they suggested trimming the fiberglass and cutting the firewall to achieve the fit other wise lift it. What does everyone think about trimming the firewall. It mainly is just the seam next to the rocker that needs trimming.

Trimming the seam is no big deal. I just trimmed mine at fit 37"s. Start at the bottom, moving back 1", start cut there and taper it up 5"-6". Touch up the paint and you're done.
