Combo driving is usually pretty low (16.5 on ave.)cause my city MPGs are abysmal, but highway MPGs are still about 19-20 despite the increase in tire size and weight.
Plus I always disable my MDS...

I get 15 mpg with heavy off-road tires. 3.92 4x4. But that’s probably over 50% highway/interstate. 6000lbs of Metal with a v8 engine doesn’t go very easily. Doesn’t matter what motor is in it. gas mileage will always suck. It’s a full size truck. Stock crap Goodyear tires I got 17.5 mpg. If I did highway only I got 19 mpg. Also being a 5.7l v8 that’s a lot of fuel at idle as well. A lot more than those 1.8l or 1.5l 4 cylinder engines in cars.

That's respectable for any pickup IMO!

My truck settled in at 15.5 consistently.
Moved to 5/30 oil down to 14.6. Switched to Ethanol free fuel back up to 15.0.
I always turn MDS off.
Mostly freeway driving.

2019 Big Horn, 3.21, 4000 miles
Louisville to Bowling Green KY and back.
70 mph, no cruise, on 89 octane (plus) with ethanol. Babied the acceleration To get the best mileage.
To BG, 23.5
To Lvl, 21.0
Actual calculated mileage.
My normal combined is 16.5 to 17
City driving around me is high stop and go.

Took to about 3500 miles to see break in mileage gains.
I'm pleased with what I'm getting now.
started off about 2-3 miles lower when new.
