You will have these tomorrow, so it looks like you have a busy weekend ahead of you ;)

Awesome! Moe's kicks ass!

I decided not to do the deletes but instead went with the 14". Mostly since I went no cats, I didn't want it toooo loud

Here's mine with ARH with cats into a single in/single out 14" Mufflex with resonator removed.
2011 Ram w/ longtube headers into 14" Magnaflow - YouTube
Another one
Real quick drive by of 2011 Ram w/ longtube headers into 14" Magnaflow - YouTube

I have since replaced the 14" with a 24" Magnaflow, can't say it really made it quieter, but it is ALOT deeper now. No clips of that and I doubt my camera could pic up the difference anyhow.

Sounds great!! Thanks for sharing!

I'm looking at this with either the 18" or 24" may I ask how is the drone? I like a deep sound but don't need someone hearing me rolling up from a mile away.

It may not be for you then, it drones slightly in the lower RPMs. I like it quiet as well and even with a 24" Magnaflow it seems pretty loud. Could be because I have it dumped under the truck so it isn't helping.

Finally, got everything installed. my cousin owns a shop and since he was closed for Thanksgiving holiday he let me use his shop and lift on friday which was a huge help!

Some takeaways:

1) headers were a pain. the passenger side was pretty easy but the driver side kicked our butts. finally had to disconnect the steering rod and move the dipstick to get the header in, has anyone else ran into this with the ARH's? if so what was your solution for the dipstick? i temporarily secured it but was wondering if anyone else had a more permanent solution?

2) definitely use hightemp silicone to help seal the exhaust joints with the headers and muffler systems, save you time from redoing it all do to leaks, guess how i know that :banghead: thinking i should just have a muffler shop weld everything together, any thoughts on that?

3) the ARH headers and the mufflex system were supposed to be bolt up to stock, but we had to had to chop off about 18" of the straight pipe between the Y-pipe and the muffler, anyone run into this? not a big deal but now if i ever want to go back to stock ill have to get a new piece of pipe.

4) the 180 thermostat doesn't seem to do much, my truck is still running at around 195, anyone else have that issue?

other than that everything went well, truck sounds awesome! very mean when i step on it! its a 300 mile drive for me to go home, i averaged 70 mph and got about 20 mpg on the way up there stock with the exception of a tuner with it set on mpg mode. coming home i averaged 80 mph and got 21 mpg with the chip set on 93 octane, awesome!

Nice. Thanks for the info. As far as the tstat and it still running at 195. Set your efans at 190. That way when the temp gets to 190 the fan comes on and it brings it back down. They are probably still set to come on according to stock tstat.

for the tstat make sure you have no air in the hose. that can cause your temp to be slightly higher but 195 is better than 205-206
