Finally, got everything installed. my cousin owns a shop and since he was closed for Thanksgiving holiday he let me use his shop and lift on friday which was a huge help!
Some takeaways:
1) headers were a pain. the passenger side was pretty easy but the driver side kicked our butts. finally had to disconnect the steering rod and move the dipstick to get the header in, has anyone else ran into this with the ARH's? if so what was your solution for the dipstick? i temporarily secured it but was wondering if anyone else had a more permanent solution?
2) definitely use hightemp silicone to help seal the exhaust joints with the headers and muffler systems, save you time from redoing it all do to leaks, guess how i know that

thinking i should just have a muffler shop weld everything together, any thoughts on that?
3) the ARH headers and the mufflex system were supposed to be bolt up to stock, but we had to had to chop off about 18" of the straight pipe between the Y-pipe and the muffler, anyone run into this? not a big deal but now if i ever want to go back to stock ill have to get a new piece of pipe.
4) the 180 thermostat doesn't seem to do much, my truck is still running at around 195, anyone else have that issue?
other than that everything went well, truck sounds awesome! very mean when i step on it! its a 300 mile drive for me to go home, i averaged 70 mph and got about 20 mpg on the way up there stock with the exception of a tuner with it set on mpg mode. coming home i averaged 80 mph and got 21 mpg with the chip set on 93 octane, awesome!
