multi function tailgate

The larger portion of multi function tailgate no longer "locks" in place when open. The smaller portion still "locks" in place when open. Has anyone else had this problem? Estimate I have had these open only about 10 times, truck is two months old. Will have dealer look at it when take it in to have the radio replaced. Just curious if this is going to be a constant problem. Thanks

I use mine all the time and dont have any issues.
